Grand Master Frank Noguera - Founder

Our Senior Instructor is Grandmaster Frank Noguera. Kwanjangnim Noguera is one of the highest ranking and experienced Instructors in the Martial Arts world today. His Martial Arts resume extends over 35 years. He formally held positions in both the International Combat Hapkido Federation and the Independent Tae Kwon Do Association.

He is currently in charge of the Defensive Hapkido program offered at Northeast Martial Arts Center. In addition to teaching, Master Noguera regularly conducts Seminars and clinics for other schools and Martial Arts systems, and has taught Police Defensive tactics to some of the most elite police groups, such as the New York State Troopers and the Military Police at the prestigious Military Academy at West Point.
